Joe Denoyer was born and raised south of Chicago, and moved to Liberal in January of 1982. He started in radio in November of 1982 and worked at a station in Liberal until 1986.  He then came to work for KSCB in 1986 and work on B 107.5 until 1988.

Joe has worked a variety of jobs including, National Beef, Southwest Medical Center, Otasco, and the Seward County Road Department.

Radio called Joe back in 2001, and came to work at KSCB and The Legend in 2003.  Joe has been live on the Legend since December of 2003, and took over the "Live From Broadcast Square" and "Radio Bay" duties in January of 2004.
